Fire rated doors designed for the safety of hotels, offices, schools, and homes. Woodek offers a range of veneered and laminated fire rated doors, from 20 FD up to 120 FD built in German materials compliance with current Egyptian regulations, to which are added:
- The British Standard no: BS476
- American Standard no: UL10c
- International fire tests from UK- Exova-Warrington Fire.
- Fire tests done annually at the Housing & Building National Research Center (HBRC) in Egypt.
Woodek is able to produce fire rated doors according to any opening dimensions in all spaces and The end product carries a label as a grantee from Intertek for each door

The constant increasing in demand for safety has led us to look for solutions that allow the door to be transformed from a design element into a real protection solution. Woodek fire rated doors are designed for the safety of all places that require a fire protection (houses, hotels, schools, offices, etc.)
Our Research and Development department created doors tested to fire and smoke resistance, in compliance with Egyptian regulations with specific extensions and test reports that comply with the regulations of the British Standard no: BS476 and American Standard no: UL10c

The difference is in the internal construction and the components of the internal structure both of frame and architraves and the leaf. A crucial factor of the durability over time of woodek fire rated doors is the presence of massive wooden frames and architraves that make the door non-deformable The single swinging wooden door that manufactured and supplied by WOODEK was subject to a fire resistance test in according with test procedure NFPA 252 and it has succeeded to fulfill the requirements of the test standard for fire rating of 30 ,60 ,90 & 120 minutes.
